Pricing
The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations and returns
If you change your mind, you must notify us in writing (email or post) within 7 days of placing the order. We accept the return of all items only if they are returned within 30 days of delivery and in their original packaging and condition. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less delivery charge.) You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. This allows us to keep our prices competitive. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.Some of the furniture is supplied flat packed. If you are missing assembly components, then please contact us for assistance.
